DiversityDay at the ZBT

Everyone should feel comfortable and be able to thrive here!
That’s why yesterday, on Diversity Day, we focussed on the various dimensions of diversity, gathering information and discussing them together over coffee, cake and snacks.

Bei uns sollen sich alle wohlfühlen und entfalten können!
Deshalb haben wir gestern am Tag der Vielfalt unseren Blick auf die verschiedenen Dimensionen von Diversität gerichtet und uns informiert und bei Kaffee, Kuchen und Schnittchen gemeinsam diskutiert.

Origin and nationality, age, gender and gender identity, religion and ideology, sexual orientation, social background, different physical and mental abilities… We want to strengthen diversity!

We certainly still have a lot to do, but we are on our way.
